MySound Studios brings a whole new type of service to classically trained and recreational musicians.  We fill a niche that has been largely ignored by the music industry.  Our innovative business model allows us to knock down barriers so that a high quality recording experience becomes accessible and affordable.  Basically, we come to you with all of the necessary equipment and expertise to record your performance at the location of your preference.  Then at our facility we edit and master your studio quality CD.

If you are a musician or if there is a musician in your family, then MySound Studios has services that will be of interest to you. 

	Music Students:  It is important to periodically record your accomplishments, however small or modest.  MySound Studios recommends an annual recording for every serious music student.  Your learning can accelerate if you can objectively listen to your own playing and critically evaluate it.  It can also be fun and rewarding to “listen back” over the years to hear how your skills and talents have developed.
	Advanced Music Students:  Having a professionally recorded Portfolio CD is a great way to showcase your accomplishments.  If you plan to attend university for music studies then you will probably be required to send an Audition CD along with your application for admission.  MySound Studios can help you sound your best and increase your chances of getting accepted.  If you are competing for a scholarship then it is even more critical to have the highest quality recording possible.
	Directors of School Music Programs:  Proper funding must be available for music programs to thrive.  MySound Studios offers Fund Raiser Services for school programs that help you earn high profits while staying focused upon your music.  We will record the performance of your Orchestra, Band or Chorus.  We can help your school earn $5,000 - $20,000 in profits from the sale of your music CDs, which we mass produce for you.  This is also a great way to boost school spirit!  Our terms require little or no upfront cash or risk on the part of the school!
	Professional Musicians:  We can help you record your next performance.  You may be able to augment your income from performing by selling your CDs.  We can also help you develop a Demo CD which can be useful in promoting your performance capabilities.
	Recreational Players:  Whether you are covering your all-time favorites or performing your own material it can be a lot of fun to record your own CD.  Gift CDs are a favorite at Christmas time and for birthdays and weddings!  If you want to give a very personalized gift then this may be the idea for you!
	For Parents and Grandparents of Young Musicians:  Helping your child or grandchild to create their own music CD is a unique gift idea and a loving investment in their musical development.  It is something that you can share with friends and relatives just as you would their class pictures.

• First of all, it is a lot of fun to go through the process of creating your own CD - and a lot of fun to listen to the finished product!
• You can learn a lot as a musician from listening to your performances.  You can study and analyze what you hear and understand more clearly what your audience hears when you perform.  It is not possible to process this information while you are performing.  It is even more beneficial to hear yourself on a high quality recording because then there is nothing to distract from the performance itself.

Q:  My high school sells fruit or wrapping paper to raise funds for our program?  Does MySound Studios offer a way to help us raise funds?
A:  Absolutely!  MySound Studios has fund raiser programs that are specifically tailored for high schools.  Our programs can generate substantially more profit than most other programs – and allow you to stay focused upon your music!  Our programs can be tried with little or no obligation or risk – and MySound Studios does not collect payment until the school has generated revenue from the program.
